Shipping and Delivery
All orders are custom-made which results in longer lead times. Orders generally take 10-21 days to be delivered. Holiday seasons may increase lead times due to the supplier demand of the season and 3rd party shipping companies.
Payment Details
- Orders are processed via credit or debit card.
- A receipt of the order will be sent to the email filled out in the checkout.
- Pending any determined product quality errors – orders are able to be refunded or a store credit will apply. This is on a case-to-case basis and each order with be handled independently.
