Yes! We work with our drivers to set schedules and routes that work for them and their families. Regional hauls allow drivers to have regular time off at home every week. Long haul drivers are on the road for a week or more at a time but then get a longer time off at home. California Overland works with you to set a balanced schedule based on your unique situation.
Yes. All California Overland company drivers must possess a valid CDL and two years of verifiable OTR experience.
